Business as a dynamic process
The business of any Company is divided into several separate but related causal and recurring activities.
Each of these activities creates value in a specific way but organizationally reflects the Company as a whole.
Repeatability and predictability are necessary conditions to call such a sequence of activities a “process”.
We shall start by drafting out the activities as parts of the process to understand how they contribute to creating the business value.
In approaching the problem, we face the fundamental problem of management: How to set up an organization structurally and dynamically so that the set goals are achieved predictably and enable the Company’s sustainable growth?
After the problems are dealt with, we would work on innovating and improving the business.

Approaching a “problem”
How and why do we know that we have a problem?
Sometimes, it is enough just to reframe the way we perceive a “problem” to be able to solve it or to change the level of “difficulty” in dealing with the solution.
Sometimes we don’t have a proper and comprehensive understanding of an obstacle or a problem, sometimes we also lack the skills, knowledge, or tools to be able to solve it. It makes sense to look around and ask for help.
Researching most often is fundamental to finding a solution.
Innovation and improvement
Research also shows that Companies that implement innovations to improve their processes and differentiate their products/services get ahead of the competition as measured by the market share, profitability, business growth, and net profit.
It has also been shown that developing and implementing innovation systematically requires a multidisciplinary approach.
An idea may be a good starting point, but the idea should also be put into action, integrated, and implemented, and that takes a lot of operational work.
